Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kartale. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at support@kartale.com to initiate a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
